I’ll guide you when you need direction and step back when the moment deserves space.
Some moments benefit from gentle prompting and movement. Others are best left uninterrupted. My approach is rooted in finding the balance between the two so your photographs feel natural, emotionally honest, and unmistakably you.
I’m there for the big moments, obviously, but I’m also paying attention to the quieter ones too. The deep breaths. The hand squeezes. The moments you didn’t even realize were happening while they unfolded.

Most of my couples tell me they were nervous about being in front of the camera before we started.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in helping you feel present instead of overly aware of being photographed. I’ll guide you when you need direction and step back when the moment deserves space.
The goal is never perfection.
It’s honesty. Connection. Presence.
Absolutely. Honestly, some of my favorite stories happen somewhere unfamiliar.
Whether it’s the mountains in Norway, a quiet coastal town, or a wedding closer to home, I’m always excited to document meaningful experiences in beautiful places.
Dates are officially reserved once the contract is signed and the retainer has been paid. Because I only take a limited number of weddings each year, I’m unable to hold dates without both in place.
Popular dates, especially during spring and fall, tend to book out well in advance, so reaching out early is always encouraged. That said, I’m never opposed to a little last-minute magic if the timing works out.
More than okay. Honestly, most of my couples say this at first.
My approach is very relaxed and collaborative. I’ll guide you when you need direction, but I’m never trying to force you into stiff poses or make moments feel performative. The goal is to help you feel comfortable enough to simply be present together.
Absolutely. I’m always happy to help build a photography timeline that leaves room to breathe and actually experience the day as it unfolds.
The best photographs usually happen when there’s space for real moments to happen naturally, so creating a relaxed flow is something I care about deeply.
